Voting in Product Feedback in Adaptive Insights

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

Adaptive Analytic customers have only 25 votes to use from the Product Feedback form.

By default, customers are given 10 votes per Forum which is counted across all categories.
1. Creating Ideas = 1 vote
2. Supporting Ideas – Users can give 1 to 3 votes to an idea they support

When a user has run out of votes, they will see the message "You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas."

In order for votes to be returned, an idea should be Closed.

When an Idea is Closed (that is having either a Completed or Declined status), votes will be returned to users.

If an Idea is Deleted, Users will not get their votes back.

Users can redistribute votes. If Users do not want to wait for the votes to be returned (e.g. they see an idea and want to immediately vote for), they have the option to reorganize their votes.
