Saved Search to expose Contracts due for a certain Date Range together with the Sales Rep related to the Contract.

--Navigate to Lists>Search>SavedSearches>New.

 

--Select Transaction link.

 

--Set the filters under Criteriatab:

 

Type: Sales Order

 

Contract: Contract End Date- is within e.g 1/1/2014 and 3/31/2014.

 

--Under the Results subtab,add:

 

Contract: Contract End Date.

 

Sales Rep

 

--Under Available Filters:

 

Set "Sales Rep" onthe Filter column.

 

Mark the Show in Footer and Show as Multi Select checkboxesaccording to discretion.

 

--Assign a Search Title.

 

--Hit Save and Run
