To create the Saved Search just follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transaction as the Search Type.
3. In the Criteria tab: Standard subtab, set the following fields:
Type - is Sales Order
System Notes : Field - is Total
System Notes : Old Value - is not empty
System Notes : New Value - is 0.00
4. In the Results tab : Columns subtab, set the following fields:
Number - Summary Type: Group
Amount (Transaction Total) - Summary Type: Sum
System Notes : Old Value - Summary Type: Group
System Notes : New Value - Summary Type: Group
Note: User can add more fields based on their search requirement.
5. Assign a Search Name. Preview or Save and Run the Search.
