When billing sales order/s, users may encounter an error saying:
"Telechecks not supported by CyberSource/Merchant e-Solutions"
To resolve this:
1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Lists.
2. On the Accounting Lists page, filter footer called Type = Payment Method.
3. Edit the Payment Method used on the order.
4. Uncheck the Credit Card box.
5. Click Save.
