Reply options on case in NetSuite Account Center

In case that user tries to reply to cases in NetSuite Account Center by following way:

1. Login as Administrator > Support tab > NetSuite Account Center portlet.
2. See Support Cases link > click View next to any case.
3. View Last message link > Reply button.

this notice may appear: "You need a higher level of the 'Lists -> Track Messages' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator."

In that case, user can take alternate way to reply to the case:
1. Login as Administrator > Support tab > NetSuite Account Center portlet.
2. See Support Cases link > click View next to any case .
3. Edit the case > Interaction subtab> type the text into New message field and click
Submit.

Upon completion of this procedure, the email is successfully sent out.
