Pull Duplicate Leads/Customers Based on Email Address Using Leads/Customer Saved Search

To get all Leads/ Customers with same or duplicate Emailaddresses, below are the steps:

 1. Navigate to Lists> Search > Saved Searches > New > Customer. 

2. Criteriatab > Standard Subtab > enterbelow in one line:

-- Stage = any of > hit control button andselect Lead and Customer

 3. Criteriatab > Summary sub tab > enterthe below in one line:

-- Summary type =Count
-- Field = Internal ID
-- Description = greater than 1

4. Resultstab > Columns sub tab:

- Email (Summary type= Group)
- Internal ID (Summary type = Count)

Note: If users want the detailed results, users can add the followingfields:

Edit the search >Results tab > Column sub tab:

- Name
- Number
- Email

4.Click Save and Run.
