Printing PDF using Google Chrome shows a blank page
When printing a transaction using PDF format via Google Chrome, it opens up a new tab or window however it only shows a blank screen. The user may need to check on the current settings of his/her browser using the steps below:
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. On the URL type: chrome://plugins/
3. On this current Plugins page, locate Chrome PDF Viewer and check if this is enabled. If this is currently disabled, press the Enable link to activate this default plug in.
4. Close and restart Google Chrome and try reprinting again the transaction.
