Interpret the values User Agent of Login Audit Trail

It can be difficult to read User Agent Strings in Login Audit Trail. Login Audit Trail Saved Search can be for example used to determine whether a mobile or a desktop device was used. 

User Agent String gives us all information users need about the device used to log in to the NetSuite.

Login Audit Trail Saved Search creation:

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > View Login Audit Trail.
2. Click Create a Saved Search.
3. Change the Search Title.
4. Under Criteria subtab, Standard sublist, add Date is within today.
5. Under Results subtab, Columns sublist, add User Agent.
6. Click Save and Run.

If there is no User Agent record, it can be for example a login attempt by NetSuite for Outlook. It can be verified by adding Request URI to Results.
