Inactivate Departments Class and Location

Setting the Parent record and its Child items to Inactive:

1. Setup> Company> (Departments/Class/Location).
2. Edit the Parent record.
3. (Departments/Class/Location) is Inactive = T

Setting the Parent record only to Inactive:

1. Setup> Company> (Departments/Class/Location).
2. Check Show Inactives.
3. Check the box on the Inactive column for the Parent record = T
