Display From-To Field in the Dashboard View

Description:

Create a Saved Search and make it Available as Dashboard View.

Display this Custom Search in your Dashboard.

Notice: From-To field is not showing up in the Portlet. 

There are factors you need to consider in order to make this field available in the portlet.

1.       Search Result – consider how many lines the search result has.

2.       Result Size of your portlet.

To Illustrate: Example # 1

·         Search Results = 5 Lines

·         In the Portlet, under Setup > Result Size = 10

·         From-To field will NOT show up

Example # 2

·         Search Results = 20 Lines

·         In the Portlet, under Setup > Result Size = 10

·         From-To field will show up

It depends on how you setup the result size of your portlet. In example # 2, it is expected that the field would show up since it resulted to 2 batches (20/10). You need to select which batch will show up in the portlet as you set it up to show 10 lines.
