Create a search that displays all transaction history for all Vendors

To create a search that will display all Vendors and all transactions associated with them please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New


2. Select Vendor

3. On the Criteria tab and Standard sub-tab please add a filter called Transaction Fields... (Located near the bottom)

4. On the pop up window select Type on the Transaction Filter and then select what type of transaction you want to see

5. Click Set

6. Then navigate to the Results tab and on the Columns sub-tab add a Field called Transaction Fields... and on the pop up window select Type on the Transaction Field

7. Click Add

8. Select a Name

9. Save
