Create a Search for Bins that Have Not Been Assigned to an Item

This scenario can be achieved by creating two Saved Searches. Please follow the steps below:

1. Create a Saved Search that would list all Bins created in the system.
a. Navigate to Reports> Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
b. Select Bins.
c. Assign a title for the search.
d. Hit Save & Run.

2. Create another Saved Search that would list all items associated to Bin.
a. Navigate to Reports> Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
b. Select Items.
c. Assign a title for the search.
d. Navigate to Criteria tab > Standard subtab.
e. On the Filter column, select Bin Number...on the pop-up windows select "not empty".
f. Navigate to the Results tab> Columns subtab and the set the following fields:
1. Name
2. Bin Number
3. Location
g. Save & Run the report.

3. Export the results of the Saved Search via Excel and match the list of created Bins (Report#1) versus Bins that has been associated to an Item (Report#2). 

Note: The Bins in (Report#1) that don't match any data (Report#2) are those Bins that have not been assigned to an item.
