Create Email Alert When Items Have Been Received

To create this Saved Search:

1) Navigate to Reports > New Search > Transaction > Create Saved Search

2) Under Criteria tab:

--- Type is Item Receipt

--- Main Line is false

--- Date Created is on Today

 

3) Under Results tab:
--- Date

--- Number

--- Name

--- Amount

--- Item: Description

--- Quantity

 

4) Under Email:

--- Enabled Send Email on Create/Update

--- Add Employees as Recipients

--- Enable Send on Update

 

5) Click on Save & Run
