Create a Custom Hyperlink field that Redirects to the UPS Information Page and Includes their UPS Tracking Number

Some users would like to create a custom hyperlink that will redirect users to the UPS Tracking website for the linked tracking number in one click. To achieve this, users will need to do the following:

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New.

2. Provide a Label for the field.

3. Set the Type to Hyperlink.

4. Uncheck the Store Value checkbox.

5. Under the Applies To tab, check Sale.

6. Under the Display tab, set the Subtab to Main (optional).

7. Under Validation & Defaulting > Default Value box enter:

8. Uncheck the Formula checkbox.
