Combine Shipping and Handling Cost on the Summary Section in Reference My Account

Applicable to the following versions:
Reference My Account 1.05 (Bundle 69018)
Reference My Account Premium 1.05 (Bundle 69017)

To view a combined shipping and handling cost on the summary section when an order detail is opened in Reference My Account:
1. Copy order_details.txt from the Reference My Account folder to Custom My Account on a similar path: Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - My Account Premium 1.05 > Custom My Account Premium > templates > order
2. Edit order_details.txt

3. Remove the following:

and replace it with:

5. Save the file.
