A. Copy the js files to Custom Checkout so the files can be edited.
1. Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet.
2. Once inside the File Cabinet, navigate to the folders on the left side: Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - Checkout > Reference Checkout > js
3. Click Copy Files.
4. Mark all then copy to eb Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - Checkout > Custom Checkout > js.
5. Click Copy
B.
1.Navigate to the folders on the left side: Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - Checkout > Reference Checkout > js > app.
2. Click Add File to upload the custom javascript file created.
Example file for testing:
File name: custom.js
Code: alert('Test javascript');
C. Edit combiner.config file:
1. Navigate to the folders on the left side: Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - Checkout > Reference Checkout > js
2. Edit combiner.config.
3. Insert src/app/custom.js before the the line - Combined-file: Application.js. See below highlighted on screenshot sample below.
4. To test navigate to Reference Checkout on the Web Store and if an alert pop up appear, the custom javascript has been added successfully. Developers now can add their custom codes by editing the file uploaded.
Notes:
1. combiner.config is a file that combines and minifies the javascript files in Reference Checkout.
2. This has been tested with Reference Checkout 2.01.0 and Reference Checkout 2.02.0
