This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.
This happens when an account is hidden on the sheet for a single level.
If the account is a GL Account or Custom Account:
1. The account does not have any data on that level and that the "Suppress rows if all zeros" setting is turned on in the Show Hide Settings of the Sheet.
- In the Sheet click on the Show and Hide icon (the funnel).
- In the Display Options pop-up window make sure the "Suppress rows if all zeros" setting is not checked.
- Click OK.
2. The account is hidden for that specific level in the Customization for Sublevels on the sheet. To check this setting:
- Navigate to Admin > Sheet and Dashboards > Manage Sheets on Levels.
- Click on the Sheet Name.
- Click the Edit link for Customization for Sub-levels.
- Locate the Account and the corresponding level to check if it is hidden as shown by the white highlight inside the box.
- Make the account editable by clicking on the parent level links.
- Click Save.
If the account is a Cube Account:
1. The account does not have any data on that level and that the "Suppress rows if all zeros" setting is turned on in the Show Hide Settings of the Sheet.
- In the Sheet click on the Show and Hide icon (the funnel).
- In the Display Options pop-up window make sure the "Suppress rows if all zeros" setting is not checked.
- Click OK.
2. Is it possible that there is a Level - Account restriction set up on the Cube Sheet. To check this:
- Navigate to Admin > Sheet and Dashboards > Manage Sheets on Levels.
- Click on the Sheet Name.
- Click the Edit link for Restrictions.
- Edit the Restriction.
- Locate the Cube Account set put a check mark on the box.
- Click Save.
