Shoppers may experience when logging into the Web Store they only stays on Returning Customer page and not able to login successfully.
If the login has been tried on another PC and the browser cache has been cleared but shopper is still not able to log in while other shoppers can login without any issue, edit the customer record in NetSuite user interface by following the steps below.
1. (Administrator Login) Navigate to List > Relationships > Customers
2. Click on Edit next to the affected customer .
3. Navigate to System Information.
4. Un-check the Inactive checkbox.
5. Click Save.
