Use Alternate Email Address for Marketing Campaign

Campaign email addresses are displayed in the From field of marketing emails and can also receive replies to marketing emails.
In order to choose a different email address to send a Marketing Campaign to, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Documents > Templates > Marketing Templates.
2. Choose the Marketing Template that will be used for the Marketing Campaign > Edit.
3. On the Marketing tab, under From Email Address and Reply to Email Address, choose the email address that will be used for the marketing campaign from the drop down list.
4. Save.

If the email address the Marketing Campaign will be sent to does not appear in the drop down list, the users will need to create it.
