Shoppers receive a blank page after entering their credit card information during web store checkout.
Solution/Troubleshooting:
Problems associated with blank pages being displayed during web store checkout ( or any other web store activity) are usually related to customer specific customizations.
The following steps need to be followed to determine if the issue is related to customer specific customization or standard NetSuite functionality:
1) Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Appearance. Change the web store theme to any NetSuite Basic theme and test to see if the problem still persists. If the problem still occurs despite switching to a NetSuite standard theme, then this might be a defect.
2) If the problem only occurs with the custom theme and not the NetSuite basic theme, then the steps below need to be followed in order to confirm if the issue is related to customization.
a) Reproduce the error so that a blank page is generated
b) Right click on the blank page and select "View Source". If the page "View Source" contains content ( HTML/JavaScript coding), then this means that the server is sending over data but the customer's customization is preventing the page from displaying.
