Saved Search that would list Old and New Primary Sales Reps on selected Sales Orders

To create a Saved Search that would list Old and New Primary Sales Reps on selected Sales Orders, please perform these steps:

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.

2. Select Transaction as the Search Type.

3. Enter a Search Title and set the following:
Criteria tab > Standard sub tab:

*Type = Sales Order

*Main Line = T (Yes)

*System Notes : Field = Sales Rep

*System Notes : New Value = not empty

*System Notes : Old Value = not empty

*Date = Set this to a specific date range, if needed

Results tab > Columns sub tab:

Add fields needed to show as search columns including the following:

*Number

*Name

*System Notes : Date

*System Notes : Old Value

*System Notes : New Value

4. Save & Run.
