Reports > VAT/GST > Tax Reports (International) > Error: Cannot read property "id" from undefined

One possible reason for the error is if there has been a change on the transaction type names. The saved reports related to the bundle uses Transaction Type > Long Name which will return the original transaction type names.

To resolve this, users may try to do the following steps:

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Reports > All Saved Reports.
2. Set the following options on the filter:

Owner = -All-
From Bundle = 14864

3. Then look for 'Sales Summary by Tax Code and Tran Type' [4444] report > Edit.
4. Remove the column Transaction Type: Long Name
5. Expand the Tax Transactions folder > Expand the Transaction Type sub folder (there are two folders named Transaction Type, look for the folder that contains the field Transaction Type Long Name).
6. Select Transaction Type Long Name and place this column at the same place of the removed column in step 4.
7. Save.
