Permission to Set Up Profit Key Performance Indicator

When a user adds a standard KPI (Home > Dashboard > Key Performance Indicators portlet > Set Up > Add Standard KPIs), Profit is not available from the selection.

To allow users add the standard Profit KPI, users need the following permissions on their role:

• Financial Statements
• Income 

To add the permissions:

1. As Administrator navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

2. Edit the custom Role.

3. Under Permissions > Reports subtab, add:

• Financial Statements
• Income 
  

3. Set Access Level to View.

4. Click Save.
