Generate FedEx Shipping Manifests > Notice: No Shipments to Close

Per Answer Id: 9293 documentation in SuiteAnswers, FedEx Shipping Manifest lists only all the domestic FedEx Ground shipments for the day. 

FedEx Shipping Manifest File is generated under Transactions > Management > Print Checks and Forms > FedEx Shipping Manifests > Generate Manifest, only for Item Fulfillments where the Integrated Shipping Method selected is either FedEx Ground (for Non-Residential Ship To Addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (for Residential Ship To Addresses).  Otherwise, the "No Shipments to Close" notice is expected.
