EchoSign eSignatures Bundle installed > Click 'Send for Signature' button > 'You don't have permission to send on behalf of' error

Things to check:
  • Bundle successfully installed
  • No error logs on the time the permission error was triggered on the EchoSign Agreement custom record

If the two above have been done by customer and the error similar below is still seen on their end, this is actually a concern that is needed to be addressed on EchoSign's end already and not on NetSuite. Have customer call their contact on EchoSign.
