The GL Impact of a deposit application is a debit to Customer Deposit and a credit to Accounts Receivable. If it has no GL Impact, the Applied field is zero.
To resolve, edit the deposit application uncheck then recheck the invoice where the deposit was applied. Notice that the Applied field now shows the portion of the invoice that was paid through the Customer Deposit.
