Adaptive Insights: Maximum Disk Usage and Result of Exceeding Limit

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

The max disk usage allowed is determined in the Adaptive Insights contract and typically varies between 1GB and 5GB.

When users get close to their allocated amount of disk space, Adaptive Insights Customer Success team will contact us as a courtesy to inform us of the disk usage level. At this point, users can either leave the instance the same, or reduce the amount of data.

The primary items that effect storage are a combination of the following:
•The number of years history/planning versions
•The use of the Audit Trail
•The wide use of uploading documents into Adaptive Insights (into reports)
