Actuals Amount Doubled after Changing Mapping of GL accounts in Adaptive Insights

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

When mappings are changed in Adaptive Planning, all future imports will respect these mappings. Changing mappings will NOT delete any data that was previously imported using the old mappings.

To clear out the data that was imported previously, you can either import zeros to the locations that should not contain data, or you can utilize the Erase Actuals function in the Integration area of the application.
