In a OneWorld Account, it is a prerequisite that a subsidiary must be associated with an item before the item becomes available to be added to a transaction related to that subsidiary. For example, when a user enters a sales order, user selects a customer associated with the subsidiary. When selecting an item to add to the sales order, only items associated with the subsidiary are available.
If an item is not associated with the selected Subisidiary, user will encounter an Unexpected Error message when trying to save the transaction. To resolve this, ensure that the items selected on the transaction are associated with the subsidiary selected.
