Unable to Calculate Selected Realtime Rate. Insured Value is not allowed for Fedex SmartPost

When using Fedex SmartPost as a shipping item you will not be able to calculate the Realtime rate if you receive this error "Could not calculate cost for the selected Realtime rate. Insured Value is not allowed for SmartPost"

To resolve this issue please follow the steps below:

1.Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Shipping
2. Click on the Preferences tab
3. Under the Carrier Basics tab please uncheck the Insure Packages field.


Note: You are still able to Insure other packages on the Item Fulfillment Record on the Packages tab please put the amount that you want to ensure on the Declared Value field.
