Unable to Add New Campaign Subscription Categories

The administrator needs to enable first the Subscription Categories feature in their NetSuite account by following the steps below.

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.

2. Click CRM tab > Select Subscription Categories checkbox.

3. Save.

To add a new subscription category:

Navigate to Setup > Marketing > Campaign Subscriptions > New.
