This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.
There is a checkbox available under Admin, General Setup to enable Workflow alerts as shown below:
1. In the Adaptive Planning instance login as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to Admin > System > General Setup.
3. Enable Features > Workflow alerts = True.
4. Click Save.
Enabling Workflow alerts provides the ability to send alert emails when the workflow statuses of a user's levels change.
For a user to receive email alerts when levels are changed, the following conditions must be met:
1. Email and Workflow must be enabled in the instance.
2. The user must have a valid email address (which can be configured under Admin, Edit User).
