1. Navigate to Transactions > Purchases/Vendors > Enter Purchase Orders > List.
2. Click on Customize View.
3. Click More Options.
4. On the Criteria subtab:
a. Remove the Filter, Main Line is true.
b. Add the Filter, Type > select Purchase Order > click Set.
5. On the Results subtab, add the following fields:
a. Amount (Credit)
b. Amount (Debit)
Note: Add all the other fields that should appear on the List.
6. Click Preview.
