Saved Search to Show Gross Amount, Tax (VAT ) and After Tax amount On a Bill for Transactions in Euro in Local Currency

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New


2. Select Transaction link


3. Set the following under Criteria Tab > Standard Subtab:

  • Type = Bill
  • Currency = Euro
  • Main Line = True
  • Date : on or After (choose a Start date to show the results)

4. Under Results Tab > Columns Subtab, add following fields:

  • Date
  • Type
  • Number
  • Name
  • Memo
  • Currency
  • Amount (Gross)
  • Formula (Currency) || Formula {grossamount}-{netamountnotax}|| Custom Label (TAX  in Local Currency)
  • Amount (Net of Tax)

    5. Enter a Search Title

    6. Click Save and Run
