1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transaction in the list.
3. Rename the Search Title.
4. Under the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, set the following filters:
**Type is Invoice
**Delivered is false
**Item is not none
**Shipping Line is false
**Tax Line is false
**COGS Line is false
5. Under the Results tab > Columns subtab, set the following fields:
**Date
**Period
**Type
**Name
**Account
**Item
**Amount
**Delivered
Note: You can add/remove fields depending on your report requirement.
6. Under the Available Filters tab, add the following:
**Filter = Date
**Show in Footer = put a check mark
6. Click the Save & Run button.
