Save Customer record > Notice: Cannot delete currencies used on child projects

Scenario:

·        Editcustomer record

·        Changethe Primary Currency field valueunder the Financial tab

·        Savethe record

·        Notice:Cannot deletecurrencies used on child projects

Findings:

·        Thereason for the prompt is that there is a missing Currency in the customer record under the Financial tab > Currenciessub tab.

 

Solution:
In the customer record:

1.       List down thecurrencies found in the Financial tab > Currencies sub tab

2.       Compare with thecurrencies found in the Sales tab > Transactions subtab

3.       Add the missingcurrency in the Financial tab > Currencies sub tab

4.       Save the customerrecord
