Scenario:

Customer with OneWorld Account is trying to run asset proposal (Fixed Assets > Transactions > Asset Proposal) but the transactions are not showing up in the Asset Proposal page. Under Fixed Assets > Fixed Assets Background Processing > Process Instance List > Process Status = Failed | Records Processed = 0 |Process Message = Code: INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION Details: Permission Violation: You need the 'Lists -> Subsidiaries' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.

Recommendation:

1.    Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

2.    Click on the Edit link beside the Name of the Role being used to run the asset proposal.

3.    Under Permissions tab > Lists subtab > Add Subsidiaries with at least View Level of Permission.

4.    Click on Save button.
