Expose “Maintenance Percentage” field when creating Service Item types of Inventory

1. Navigate to  Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Item Fields > New.
2. Assign the following:
3. Label = M/S % (name as appropriate)
4. Type = Percent
5. Under the Applies To subtab, mark the Service checkbox.
6. Under Sourcing & Filtering subtab, set the following:
7. Source List = Maintenance/Support Type
8. Source From = Maintenance Percentage
9. Click Save.
10. Navigate to  Lists > Accounting > Items > New.
11. Click on Service: For Sale
12. Custom field will be available under the Custom subtab.
13. Move the elements as necessary.
