- Criteria :
- Type is Sales Order :
- Status is Pending Billing :
- Main Line is true
- System Notes Field .. Select Field = Document Status : System Notes Field .. Select Type is = Change : Custom Form .. you had selected a custom form used.
3. Results : Add results as required.
4. Email Tab : Send Alerts when created / Updated = T
5. Add Specific recipients .. Send on Update = T
6. Updated Fields subtab > Set Document Status
7. Save and Run the report
