Change Item Type (e.g. convert non-inventory to inventory)

 The supported item type changes are the following:

1. From Non-Inventory to Inventory (regular, serialized and lot numbered)


2. From Other Charge (all subtypes) to Inventory (regular, serialized and lot numbered)

Note: All other item type change/conversions are not supported. This is filed as an enhancement request under Issue 88100.
