Cannot Assign an Image as Thumbnail of Another File

SCENARIO

• User uploads the image file, IMG1.jpeg, into the File Cabinet
• This file, IMG1.jpeg, will later be used as a thumbnail image of another existing file, IMG2.jpeg
• When the user edits IMG2.jpeg and looks at the Publishing tab, IMG1.jpeg is not an available option for Thumbnail

RATIONALE

Only image files uploaded into the Images folder and its subfolders can be used as thumbnails.

To resolve the above scenario, user must move IMG1.jpeg from its current folder into the Images folder or any of the latter's subfolders.

1. Edit the thumbnail image file, in this case, IMG1.jpeg.

2. Set Folder to Images.

3. Click Save.
