In Adaptive Insights, a user navigates to Admin > Users and Roles > Edit User > The email icon doesn't show next to the user's login.
The email icon will not show up next to the user's login if Use login as email is disabled and no email address is provided. Below are the two options the user can choose for the email icon to show up next to the user's login:
1. Go to Admin > Users and Roles > Edit User > Edit the user profile. In the User Details section enable Use login as email option.
2. Go to Admin > Users and Roles > Edit User > Edit the user profile. In the User Details section disable the Use login as email option and provide an email address.
