1. Using an Administrator role, navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. On the list of saved search types, click Transaction link.
3. Under Criteria tab > Standard sub-tab, select the following filters:
- Type = is Work Order
- Main Line = is true
- Tax Line = is false
- Shipping Line = is false
4. Under Results tab > Columns sub-tab, select the following fields:
- Applied To Transaction
- Applied To Transaction fields : Date
- Applied To Transaction fields : Type
- Applied To Transaction fields : Document Number
- Applied To Transaction fields : Amount
- Date
- Type
- Document Number
- Amount
- Applying Transaction
- Applying Transaction fields : Date
- Applying Transaction fields : Type
- Applying Transaction fields : Document Number
- Applying Transaction fields : Amount
5. Add Search Title
6. Hit Save.
