If customer has an external (WSDK) Web Site but External Catalog Site feature is not enabled against the account then the shoppers will see the following error while shopping online This business does not have the External Catalog Site feature enabled.
To resolve this error check the following:
- Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features > Web Presence subtab > under the Publishing section check External Catalog Site (WSDK)
- Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Setup Sub tab > under the Multi-site Settings check WSDK
