"This file type can harm your computer." Warning when Printing Transactions in PDF using Google Chrome

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open chrome://plugins/ using Google Chrome.
2. Disable Chrome PDF Viewer.
3. Disable Adobe Reader.
4. Use steps 1 to 3 in the Advanced Settings: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95572?hl=en
5. Uncheck the Ask where to save each file before downloading check box.
6. Access a sample PDF file from adobe web site using this link: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Acrobat/9.0/Samples/flatform.pdf

Result: This type of file can harm your computer...

Based on testing, any of the 4 options below should disable the warning message:
1. Enable Chrome PDF Viewer plugin.
2. Enable Adobe Reader plugin.
3. Enable both Chrome PDF Viewer and Adobe Reader.
Check the Ask where to save each file before downloading check box.
