Steps To Open Internet Explorer without Add-ons for Troubleshooting

When users need to troubleshoot a problem that only occurs to IE, it is helpful to test it on IE without any add-ons.

Windows 7 users:
1. Navigate to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools
2. Select Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)

Windows 8 users:
1. Start "Run" by moving the mouse pointer to the lower left corner of the screen.
2. Right click, and select Run
3. In the Run box, type iexplore -extoff and click OK.
