After
updating/installing the
NetSuite for iPhone App version 2, some users might encounter an
Invalid Session error message while trying to
login.
When this issue is encountered the first thing to check is the
Cookie restriction setting on
Safari for iPhone. As of
iOS 7, this setting also
affects iPhone Applications build for
iOS 6.
Tap
Setup>Safari>Block Cookies and select
From third parties and advertisers to avoid getting the error message.
