Kit/Package Item does not have a Purchase Price, Purchase Description and Expense Account fields

By design, a kit/package item is sold and not purchased. What user purchases are the component members of the kit. The absence of the Purchase Price, Purchase Description and Expense Account fields is due to the fact that kit items are not available for purchase.
