Custom role permission to add Budget Category

A custom role is getting permission violation error when trying to add a new Budget Category. The role needs to have the Accounting List permission with at least Create access level in order to complete this task.

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Edit the custom role that needs the permission.
3. Navigate to Permissions > Setup subtab.
4. Locate the permission Accounting List and add it if it's not yet added. And set the Access level to at least Create.

5. Click Save.
