Create an Advanced Search Using a Formula Based on Last Sales Activity

 1.    Edit the saved search.

 

2.    To include Last Sales Activity as a formula field in the saved search, click the Results tab.

 

3.    Within the Columns subtab, populate the values as follows:

-          Field: Formula (Numeric)

-          Summary Type: Sum

-          Click Set Formula icon

-          Select Last Sales Activity Fields…

-          Select Last Sales Activity

-          Create formula in Formula Field

-          Use custrecord_lsa_entity_id.custrecord_lsa_date to get Last Sales Activity for customer/lead/prospect and contacts

-          Use custrecord_lsa_opportunity_id.custrecord_lsa_date to get Last Sales Activity for opportunity
